Featuring one push button lid + one straw lid plus a strap and 170mm straw [for 20oz or 34oz bottles]. 

This accessory pack is perfect to replace missing or broken parts, or if you just want to spice up your current drink bottle or coffee cup with different colour combos. 

The push button + straw lids will fit any size frank green bottle or cup, but the straw is only suitable for 20oz + 34oz bottles.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Up to two business days delivery for general items when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday. Rural addresses may take up to an extra 2 business days. 

 

Was the order that I sent through yesterday received?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have not yet received this, please email us, and we will check this for you.

What methods can I pay by?

You can currently pay by credit or debit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard). Google Pay, Apple Pay, Union Pay or Shop Pay.

 

Can I use my Coffee Culture Gift Card to make an online purchase? 

Currently, our gift cards can only be used for purchases in store.  

 

How do I use a promo code?

Occasionally you may receive a promotional code from us. You can use the promo code at step 1 of the checkout. Look for the box which says 'PROMO CODE'. Simply enter your code into this box and click APPLY to add the promotional code to your order.

 

Why isn't my promo code working?

If a promotional code that you have received is not working, firstly check that you have entered it correctly and it has not expired. Secondly, check that it is valid for the particular products in your shopping cart. Some products sold may be excluded from certain promotions. Shipping Info

Please be aware that we are experiencing delays outside of our control of up to a week in all regions, especially Auckland. We aim to have your product shipped within 1 business day of your order being placed - however this may not be possible. You will be notified when your order has been shipped with tracking details.

How long will it take to get my order?

We use Aramex for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a two working day service with the exception of rural delivery addresses. For general item orders received before midday, Monday to Friday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after midday will be dispatched the following business day.

For general item orders received after midday on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday.

In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number for the delivery. This will give you full visibility of your orders progress.

 

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

  • Up to two business days delivery for general items when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday.
  • Next business day dispatch for orders placed after 1pm or on weekends. Next business day delivery following dispatch for general items, 3-5 business days for rural delivery and/or bulky.
  • 3-5 Business days rural delivery
  • 3-5 Business days bulky items

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

 

Rural & PO Box

Flat rate shipping of $9.50 on orders under $50 to rural addresses. 

We are not able to ship to PO Box addresses. 

 

International Shipping: 

Please contact us directly for international delivery options. 

 

Multiple Addresses Per Order: 

We do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses at present. 

 

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within New Zealand. We currently do not ship internationally. For international shipping enquires please contact shop@coffeeculture.co.nz

As soon as you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming dispatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery.

Depending on your location, delivery will be within five (5) to ten (10) business days for items In stock. Delivery to remote areas may take longer but our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Please make sure that the shipping address and contact details are correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. The delivery address must be an address within New Zealand and cannot be a PO Box or Freight Forwarding Location.

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

 

Refunds + Returns

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We recommend you immediately inspect any goods on delivery, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. 

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging. 

Refunds
Refunds will be made by via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived into our warehouse and have gone through inspection.

Delivery Charges
Where we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to us will be at our cost.
