How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Up to two business days delivery for general items when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday. Rural addresses may take up to an extra 2 business days.
Was the order that I sent through yesterday received?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have not yet received this, please email us, and we will check this for you.
How much will it cost to send my order?
We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $70 to NZ (non rural) addresses. All orders over $70 are shipped free of charge. All pre-paid coffee subscriptions are shipped free of charge.
What methods can I pay by?
You can currently pay by credit or debit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard).
Can I use my Coffee Culture Gift Card to make an online purchase?
Currently, our gift cards can only be used for purchases in store.
How do I use a promo code?
Occasionally you may receive a promotional code from us. You can use the promo code at step 1 of the checkout. Look for the box which says 'PROMO CODE'. Simply enter your code into this box and click APPLY to add the promotional code to your order.
Why isn't my promo code working?
If a promotional code that you have received is not working, firstly check that you have entered it correctly and it has not expired.
