We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won't break the bank.

New Zealand Orders:

- Flat rate shipping of $5.00 on orders under $70 to non-rural addresses. 

- Flat rate shipping of $10.00 on orders under $70 to rural addresses. 

- FREE DELIVERY on orders over $70.

Click & Collect 

You get the flexibility of ordering online from the comfort of your own home and the convenience of being able to pick up your order while you're out and about. Click & Collect Orders will be ready within 1 business day to pick up. There is no delivery charge for click & collect orders. Click & Collect is only available to be picked up at our Roastery store located at 2 Elgin Street, Sydenham, Christchurch between the hours of 7am-4pm on weekdays. How long will it take to get my order?

We use NZ Couriers for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a nationwide overnight service with the exception of rural delivery addresses and on bulky products. For general item orders received before 1pm, Monday to Thursday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders received between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday but you may not see delivery of them until Monday.

For general item orders received after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday and on an overnight delivery service.

In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number for the delivery. This will give you full visibility of your orders progress.

 

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

• Up to two business days delivery for general items when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday.
• Next business day dispatch for orders placed after 1pm or on weekends. Next business day delivery following dispatch for general items, 3-5 business days for rural delivery and/or bulky.
• 3-5 Business days rural delivery
• 3-5 Business days bulky items

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

 

Rural & PO Box

Flat rate shipping of $10.00 on orders under $70 to rural addresses. 

We are not able to ship to PO Box addresses. 

 

International Shipping: 

Please contact us directly for international delivery options. 

 

 

Multiple Addresses Per Order: 

We do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses at present.
